Il Fasmide is an analog photography project that investigates the extreme subjectivity of places and how they, regardless of them being natural, urban or personal, are influenced by one's emotions, experiences and sensibilities.The Venetian lagoon has always been an object of reflection and criticism because of its extreme fragility and the challenges it poses to those who approach it.

Wanting to eschew these difficult issues, which have unfortunately become clichés by now, the goal of the project is to encapsulate moments of solitary and almost poetic reality of lagoon life and its metropolitan reality, which often remains ignored. The fragile ecosystem that makes up the lagoon unfolds before our eyes in its purest and most poetic reality only by being within it. This world is jealously guarded and shown only to those who really know how to look.
